Our story
Built on belief, driven by purpose
Strong Together Care and Support was founded with a simple but powerful belief: that people with disabilities deserve more than just adequate care — they deserve genuine partnership, real choice, and support that truly sees them as individuals.
Our founders have lived experience of the disability sector — as family members, carers, and advocates. That experience shaped everything about how we operate: the way we recruit our team, the way we design our services, and the way we show up for every participant we support.
Today, we're proud to be serving participants across Australia. But our size has never changed our heart. Every person we support still gets the same care and attention we'd want for our own family.
